My name is Taryn. I’m a wife and a mother to one precious girl (a PCOS/IVF success story!) We’re also parents to four fur babies: two dogs and two cats. I’m a passionate lover of cheese, wine, Disney movies, animals, and musical theater. When not blogging or with my family, you can find me planning weddings for a living and playing Dungeons and Dragons (yes, for real!)
I created Being Your Mommy as a place to share all of my tips so far. I spent several months trying to find the perfect name. One day, as I looked at my one-month old daughter I thought: god, I love being your mommy. There it was.
My goal with this blog is to create a space that combines everything that I’ve learned in trying to become a mom, what I’ve learned since, and what I will learn in the future. It is a combination of infertility success stories, lists to keep your pregnancy organized, meal planning with recipes, and some gifts that you can spoil yourself or your loved one with.
